Me quisieron vender un teléfono diferente al que solicité, y la factura por el cobro de activación no la enviaron. No contestan al email que me compartieron y el call center no tiene número de teléfono de este centro de venta. Service and attention from average to poor. I am a new customer, and the portability and hiring process took 2 hours. They wanted to sell me a different phone than the one I requested, and the invoice for the activation fee was not sent. They do not answer the email they shared with me and the call center does not have a telephone number for this sales center.
