★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que AT&T debería mejor su atención al cliente, cada es peor y no te mencionan las promociones y tienes que preguntar dos veces para que te den información sobre los planes, en pocas palabras no les interesan los clientes!!
Es triste por qué llevo casi 9 años en la compañía y ni teléfonos ni te ofrecen ni planes !!!
El servicio mejoro cuando vez que tienen poder inquisitivo!!
I think AT&T should improve their customer service, every time it gets worse and they don't mention the promotions and you have to ask twice to get information about the plans, in a nutshell they are not interested in customers!!
It's sad because I've been with the company for almost 9 years and they don't even offer you phones or plans!!!
The service improves when you see that they have inquisitive power!!
