J	Jess Dector on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy irresponsable, se comprometieron a algo que no cumplieron y tuvimos que ir a otro centro de atención a buscar el equipo donde nos dijeron que no tenian ninguna notificación. Se me hace falto de ética que AT&T ofrezca un servicio incapaz de cubrir, contratamos el paquete de 10 Megas y casi nunca tenemos ni 5, el servicio es para 5 equipos y se cae si se conectan 3, es terrible. Según los propios empleados, esto es porque el proyecto era a 6 meses y creció tanto que no tienen suficiente cobertura... ¿Por qué siguen vendiendo? The service is very irresponsible, they committed to something that they did not comply with and we had to go to another service center to look for the team where they told us that they had no notification. I find it unethical for AT&T to offer a service unable to cover it, we hired the 10 megabyte package and we hardly ever have even 5, the service is for 5 computers and it drops if 3 are connected, it is terrible. According to the employees themselves, this is because the project lasted 6 months and grew so much that they do not have enough coverage ... Why do they keep selling?

I am not an AT&T customer, but I was commissioned to make a payment to a telephone number, I liked the place and the customer service was given good attention, it was fast and good.
