Muy lento el servicio, solo estaba una señora delante mío y tarde 40 minutos para ser atendido
Very slow service, there was only one lady in front of me and it took 40 minutes to be served

Los empleados están más interesados en tomarse selfies dentro de las botargas de aire que en atender a los usuarios, es increíble tener que pasar 35 minutos esperando a que termine la sesión de fotos que en finalizar un trámite de 5 minutos.
Employees are more interested in taking selfies inside the airboats than in serving users, it is incredible to have to spend 35 minutes waiting for the photo session to finish than to finish a 5-minute process.

Los empleados no brindan la información necesaria para realizar trámites. Tienen conversaciones entre empleados con lenguaje inapropiado, discursos sexualizados. No se apegan al código de conducta de ATT. Fui 3 veces en el mismo día y no pudieron dar solución a mi actualización de plan de servicios.
Employees do not provide the necessary information to carry out procedures. They have conversations between employees with inappropriate language, sexualized speech. They do not adhere to the ATT code of conduct. I went 3 times in the same day and they could not solve my service plan update.

El día de hoy acudí a renovar mi plan y en el lugar habían aprox 4 personas disponibles y ni ninguno me atendió. Incluso habia un chico que estaba jugando en su celular. Sinceramente no se porqué contratan personas así para dar un servicio y no se interesan por darlo. Tarde kas de 1 hora para renovar mi plan. Es un asco este lugar y ojalá que los dueños hagan algo para mejorar el servicio a cliente.
Today I went to renew my plan and in the place there were approx 4 people available and none of them attended me. There was even a boy who was playing on his cell phone. I honestly don't know why they hire people like that to provide a service and they are not interested in providing it. It took me about 1 hour to renew my plan. This place sucks and I hope the owners do something to improve customer service.

I'm angry. I was waiting 1.30 hours and they told me. Sorry could you come tomorrow? more early. They are so stupid.
