E	Esteban Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan los planes, te cobran de más, el asesor te dice un plan y un precio y en el contrato escriben otra cosa (con letras pequeñas) y firmas algo que casi nunca lees y es una trampa para cobrarte de más. They do not respect the plans, they charge you more, the advisor tells you a plan and a price and in the contract they write something else (in small letters) and sign something that you hardly ever read and it is a trap to overcharge you.

Hasta hace poco prescindir de los servicios era inevitable pues es más rápido en Internet y barato en aspectos de telefonía pero las veces que se caía la red era muy molesto. La calificación es por los años buenos. I have been working with your services with this company since I was Nextel for almost 8 years ... Until recently, dispensing with services was unavoidable since it is faster on the Internet and cheaper in aspects of telephony, but the times the network went down was very annoying. Antes podías sacar celulares de gama media-alta en planes bajos, obviamente no gratis pero si pagando diferido el equipo. Ahora me salen con que, esos equipos son exclusivos para planes de $500 para arriba Y checo en la Web y ahí si me permite cotizar buenos Celulares en planes bajos.... Tons?? Voy a tener que ir a Punto Plaza o 2 de Enero para ver si hay personal capacitado para que me atiendan, sino.... sigo con Telcel. El joven que me atendió en Gran Patio desgraciadamente no lo anote.
