 They don't know how to listen and for the same reason they don't give the solutions that customers need, it's a shame before it was a good company but now it's not worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ los empleados son super flojos, llegas y ni las cotizaciones de los planes te quieren hacer, te hacen jeta porque los pones a trabajar, un asco el servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue a recoger un teléfono compré ahí, salió mal el Teléfono lo regrese y se fue a reparación, después de 10 días marque y me dijeron que ya estaba listo, llegue media hora antes de las 11 y me dijeron que no llegaba el técnico para que me hicieran entrega del equipo regrese a las 11:25 y me atendieron y me querían entregar el equipo apagado antes de recibir el equipo le dije que si lo podían cargar me dijeron que si que esperara 15 minutos más y de repente se me acerca otra persona que atiende y me dice que el equipo no está cargando y me da opciones de cambio de equipo o devolución pero ambos casos solo puede proceder hasta que llegue el técnico, a lo que entendí que el técnico no llego y solo era para aventajar tiempo ...... solo para que al último me dijeran que hasta el sábado me resuelven

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas las sucursales que he visitado, tienen el mismo sistema de hacernos perder horas d nuestro valioso tiempo. No digo que sus empleados se hagan tontos, no. Es la burocracia que tienen en sus sistemas, una lentitud que no le dan ganas de volver. Ojalá mejorarán su firma de trabajo. Y de pilón las periqueras que tienen para sentarnos, son un verdadero dolor de espalda.
All the branches that I have visited have the same system of making us lose hours of our valuable time. I'm not saying that your employees are foolish, no. It is the bureaucracy that they have in their systems, a slowness that does not make you want to return. Hopefully they will improve their work signature. And the periqueras they have to sit on are a real pain in the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ya nunca mas volveré ahí. Son muy lentos, hacen lo q quieren y no nos avisan, para un simple cambio de portabilidad ya llevo una semana y no queda. Tuve q reportar via telefónica y ahí me dijeron q en la sucursal hicieron cosas q yo no solicite y por eso tengo ese problema. Espero quede pronto mi linea. No recomiendo q vayan ahí a plaza mayor aparte de q tardan en atender también se la pasan platicando entre ellos.
Terrible service, I'll never go back there. They are very slow, they do what they want and they do not tell us, for a simple change of portability I have already taken a week and there is no more. I had to report by phone and there they told me that in the branch they did things that I did not request and that is why I have this problem. I hope my line will be soon. I do not recommend that they go there to the main square, apart from the fact that they take time to attend, they also spend their time talking to each other.
