Les recomiendo ir a otra sucursal.

No son profesionales y hasta ellos mismos dudan con lo que dicen, se contradicen y no te pueden apoyar, te generan más dudas.
Quedé muy decepcionado de la manera en la que te atienden. No son groseros pero al parecer les molesta su trabajo.
Y no es la unica sucursal... con esta clase de servicios y atención lo único que logran es que uno busque otra opción de compañía.

They are not professionals and even they doubt what they say, they contradict themselves and they cannot support you, they generate more doubts.
I was very disappointed in the way they treat you. They are not rude but it seems their work bothers them.
And it is not the only branch ... with this kind of service and attention the only thing they achieve is that one looks for another company option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEFASTO, se tardan demasiado en tomar tus datos, están más preocupados por la hora que va a llegar el jefe y no los regañe, me atendió la señorita Gina y ni ella ni su compañera tenían puesto el cubre bicas, aunado a eso la señorita Gina no se presta al diálogo ella siempre tiene la razón y por último al terminar le di las gracias y ni me contesto, una estrella porque no hay cero estrellas!! Realmente NEFASTO!
