★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La plaza tiene dificil acceso al estacionamiento del sotano. Queria una reposicion de chip y me dijeron que no me la podian dar ahi, porque ese At&t no tenia ese servicio.
The square has difficult access to the basement parking lot. I wanted a chip reset and they told me they couldn't give it to me, because that At & t didn't have that service.

Pasaron varios días y tuve que ir a un centro de atención directo de AT&T para solucionarlo. Posiblemente el distribuidor no tenía forma de solucionarlo por falta de apoyo, pero lamentablemente ellos son el contacto directo con los usuarios... Deberían de mejorar el servicio.
They could support me with a renewal. There was a problem with my line but I never knew what the reason was. They spent several days and had to go to a care center direct AT & T to fix it. Possibly the dealer had no way to fix it due to lack of support, but unfortunately they are the direct contact with users ... should improve the service.
