★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre se niegan a dar servicio y excusándose, realmente ya no vale la pena pisar ese "centro de atención" , siempre andan en su teléfono masticando el chicle y seleccionando cuál cliente le deja dinero si no te batean.
They always refuse to give service and apologize, it is really not worth stepping on that "center of attention" anymore, they are always on their phone chewing gum and selecting which customer will leave them money if they do not beat you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gracias a estos señores y señoritas de éste servicio perdí mi línea, no eh tenido otra opción de ir a otro lado pero prefiero cambiarme a Telcel, entras y pides ayuda y te tuercen la boca y cuando se dan cuenta del problema se hechan la bola y nadie apoya. SON UN ASCO
Thanks to these gentlemen and ladies of this service I lost my line, I have had no other option to go elsewhere but I prefer to change to Telcel, you enter and ask for help and they twist your mouth and when they realize the problem they throw the ball and no one supports. THEY ARE DISGUSTING

Terrible service! Their staff don't know how to fix anything. They send you to call *611 if the manager is useless and the cashiers spend their time eating inside the establishment. In other words, it smells like grenache. disgusting place
