Literal, fui por que una linea debia renovarse y el gerente de ahi segun no habia visto que tenia 2 lineas, cancelaron las 2 cuand una tenia aun una vigencia de 1 año y despues de 6 meses siguen sin hacer NADA

Literally, I went because a line had to be renewed and the manager there according to had not seen that it had 2 lines, they canceled the 2 when one was still valid for 1 year and after 6 months they still do NOTHING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. De por si no tienen gente y uno va a preguntar por algún plan y los trabajadores te hacen cara de "Ay qué flojera". Están ahí para vender y les molesta atender al cliente. Si así son en sus oficinas de atención, no quiero saber cómo será el servicio ya estando comprometidos con ellos! Mejor no, gracias.
Bad service. In case they do not have people and one is going to ask about a plan and the workers make you face of "Oh what a laziness". They are there to sell and they resent serving the customer. If they are like this in their service offices, I don't want to know what the service will be like already being committed to them! Better not, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal no sabe atender al cliente, no solucionan nada y te terminan diciendo que marques para aclaraciones y en la línea jamás contestan. Pésimo servicio.
The staff does not know how to serve the client, they do not solve anything and they end up saying that you mark for clarifications and on the line they never answer. Terrible service.
