Así que si quierer dormir un poco o perder el tiempo este es el lugar. Very slow and lousy service. There are only 1 or two people to attend and even calm to talk. Hace unos días recibí mi factura y era demasiado por pagar, me informé en otro centro de atención at&t y me dijeron que sí se podía cancelar inclusive en el mismo momento que yo la solicité. Regresé con el vendedor Jesús e hizo mi cancelación sin negarse. No volvería a confiar en el vendedor. Esta última vez que fui, la chava que me atendió se veía con muy pocas ganas de trabajar, no me resolvió lo que necesitaba y se quitaba la responsabilidad diciendo que tenía que llamar por teléfono. Si voy a la sucursal en lugar de llamar es porque en el teléfono son interminables las esperas y quiero una mejor atención.
