★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin dudas sigue siendo el peor CAT de AT&T. Los empleados son prepotentes y groseros, te sugieren que te cambies a otra compañía sino te gusta que te traten mal en AT&T el trámite al que acudí, tuve que ir a Mundo E y me dieron solución, dónde si tienen una buena atención. Es el único lugar de mis reseñas con esta calificación.
 Without a doubt, it is still the worst AT&T CAT. The employees are arrogant and rude, they suggest that you switch to another company if you don't like being treated badly at AT&T the procedure I went to, I had to go to Mundo E and they gave me a solution, where they do have good service. It is the only place in my reviews with this rating.

El Centro de Atención abre a las 11:00am yo llegue a esa hora
El 19 de Marzo no había fila en la entrada, varios ejecutivos estaban en la entrada esperando a clientes para atenderlos.
Todavía cuentan con las medidas COVID 19, tienen Gel Antibacterial y el Tapete para ingresar. Me tomaron la temperatura ????
Y no puedes ingresar sino portas tú Cubrebocas.
Me pasaron con un Ejecutivo
Muy agradable la bienvenida, saludo cordial y atendiendo muy bien.
Fui al Centro de Atención AT & T para cambiar mi Chip aún Nano Chip, fue muy rápido para hacer el cambio,
El costo es de $93
Estuvo muy rápido el cambio
No tarde mucho fue aproximadamente unos 15 minutos
Y ahí mismo me hicieron el cambio y también le colocaron el Nano Chip a mi celular para empezar a usar la línea.
Todos se portaron muy amables. Se los recomiendo y no había nada de clientes.
La plaza en dónde su Ubica el Centro de Atención a Clientes se encuentra en Villas de la Hacienda y cuenta con estacionamiento, y tienes que pagar el estacionamiento.
Si hay acceso para personas con discapacidad.
Ya llevo un rato con mi línea UNEFON y me gusta.

The Service Center opens at 11:00 am I arrive at that time
On March 19 there was no line at the entrance, several executives were at the entrance waiting for customers to serve them.
They still have COVID 19 measures, they have Antibacterial Gel and the Mat to enter. They took my temperature ????
And you cannot enter unless you wear your Mouth Cover.
They put me with an executive
Very pleasant welcome, cordial greeting and attending very well.
I went to the AT & T Service Center to change my Chip even Nano Chip, it was very fast to make the change,
Cost is $ 93
The change was very fast
It didn't take long it was about 15 minutes
And right there they made the change and they also placed the Nano Chip on my cell phone to start using the line.
Everyone was very friendly. I recommend them and there were no customers.
The square where the Customer Service Center is located is in Villas de la Hacienda and has parking, and you have to pay for parking.
If there is access for people with disabilities.
I've been with my UNEFON line for a while now and I like it.
