★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, los empleados en lugar de preguntar en que te pueden servir o darte indicaiones , el motivo « estar con su celular personal unos hablando otros mensajeando o platicando, y si les pregunta algo solo te contestan no hay sistema o no fue el tecnico para entregar equipos que esten en reparacion !!»» y las personas que estan para ofrecerte equipos aplican la misma , al pueblo que fueres haz lo que vieres » y te contestan haya enfren cualquier cosa »»
 Very bad service, the employees instead of asking how they can serve you or give you directions, the reason "to be with their personal cell phone, some talking to others, texting or talking, and if you ask them something they only answer you there is no system or it was not the technician to deliver equipment that is in repair !! »» and the people who are to offer you equipment apply the same, to the people that you are do what you see »and they answer you if they face anything» »

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de tener un lugar más grande para la atención a clientes, no tienen espacio suficiente para ellos como empleados y mucho menos para clientes, no tienen sillas o bancas afuera y es un horno adentro, vamos está bien cuando hace frío pero en época de calor es un pequeño infierno, mi recomendación es ir muy temprano para no encontrar "tanta gente"...
They should have a larger place for customer service, they do not have enough space for them as employees and much less for customers, they do not have chairs or benches outside and it is an oven inside, we are fine when it is cold but in hot season It is a little hell, my recommendation is to go very early so as not to find "so many people" ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda en su apariencia es limpia y acogedora, la atención a clientes la falta mucho por aprender, son secos y nunca hablan con cortesía; algunos parece que solo acuden por obligación y no por gusto, aunque claro está la falta de capacitación por parte de la empresa AT&T.
The store in its appearance is clean and welcoming, customer service is lacking much to learn, they are dry and never speak courteously; Some seem to only go for obligation and not for pleasure, although of course there is a lack of training by the AT&T company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te hacen hacer a fuerzas que escanes el QR sino te dejan entrar y darte sus servicios, y esta en el diario oficial que no es obligatorio escanear el QR, so no lo haces son muy cortantes y groseros,
They make you forcefully scan the QR if they don't let you in and give you their services, and it is in the official gazette that it is not mandatory to scan the QR, if you don't they are very sharp and rude,
