★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienda chica, pero con mucho menos gente que plaza cortijo donde debés de esperar una hora solo para remplazo de sim. Acudí a realizar una baja por robo y en menos de 5 minutos salí con mi SIM nueva.
 Small store, but with much less people than farmhouse square where you must wait one hour just for sim replacement. I went to do a robbery leave and in less than 5 minutes I went out with my new SIM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio, siempre es lo mismo, con el personal de esta sucursal, jamás quieren proporcionarte un servicio de calidad, siempre te mandan a otra sucursal y su actitud es muy déspota y no de servicio.
The service is terrible, it is always the same, with the staff of this branch, they never want to provide you with quality service, they always send you to another branch and their attitude is very despotic and not of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos para solicitar reposición de línea ya que nos fue cambiada sin autorización por parte de Telcel. Y nos indica la asesora que no sabe dónde pueda recuperar el número.
