Terrible customer service. They never have change and expect you to go to oxxo to get it. They do not offer solutions and there are only one or 2 people who charge. Store disgust

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me explicaron que cobran $225 cada año del 2018 en adelante, por concepto de pago del equipo, le expliqué que yo sabía de una demanda colectiva que habían ganado contra A T&T.... y que no procedía el cargo anual.
Sin embargo me comentó que no es posible evitarlo.
Adicional a ello, me cobraron $60 por adicionar topé a la cuenta de mi esposa, para que no se pase de los $412 al mes
