★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy me atendió el ejecutivo David, quien es muy atento y rápido para hacer las cosas y proporcionar la información.
Lo único que no me agradó en lo absoluto, que no tiene que ver con el personal, es que los trámites de la compañía son altamente burocráticos, firmas y llenas una cantidad gigantesca de papeles por un simple plan.
Las empresas mexicanas deben enfocarse en agilizar sus trámites para los clientes y no seguir de necios haciendo todo lento.
Today I was attended by the executive David, who is very attentive and quick to get things done and provide information.
The only thing that I did not like at all, which has nothing to do with the staff, is that the company's procedures are highly bureaucratic, signatures and fill out a gigantic amount of paperwork for a simple plan.
Mexican companies should focus on streamlining their procedures for customers and not continue to fool around doing everything slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general, una basura la compañía. No te dan solución ni apoyo para un trámite tan sencillo como recuperar un número. En línea te dicen o te dan opciones y en sucursal te las niegan.
En verdad consideren otras opciones de telefonía, está definitivamente no sabe lo que es la atención al cliente,ni le importa.
Overall, the company is rubbish. They do not give you a solution or support for a procedure as simple as recovering a number. Online they tell you or give you options and in the branch they deny them.
Seriously consider other telephony options, you definitely don't know what customer service is, nor do you care.

No había más gente esperando ni siendo atendida y eso también fue de mucha ayuda.
I renewed my plan and the service was very fast. He had previously visited the place to ask about the requirements and that helped speed everything up as well.

En la sucursal que está en Portal Churubusco los empleados atienden súper bien, pues tienen mucha paciencia para aclarar las dudas que uno llega a tener sobre los planes y los equipos. Súper recomendable.
Due to Telcel's poor service, I changed to AT&T and it has been the best decision I could make to finally have an excellent telephone service. In the branch that is in Portal Churubusco, the employees serve you very well, because they have a lot of patience to clarify the doubts that one has about the plans and the equipment.
