★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service/support experiance, All I did was buy a SIM 5gb card and they could not make it work, they would not refund me. This took over 2hrs. The sales agent employee was great and helpfull, but the manager was the worst customer service experiance I have ever seen. She should get fired and her agent should get her position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was pleasant as they informed me that the cash window person would return at 4pm without interim coverage during the middle of the business day. They then sent me to the automated machine, which was fine, except that it was unable to dispense change in bills or coins. Service with a human was about 40% slower than the typical slowness to be expected in the country. That’s not an insult. There is culturally a higher level of personal touch in México, which is nice, unless you need expedient service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have very strong and singular rules concering the activities of their customers. Eg. You must produce a mexican id to change your account. For example, if your id and phone are stolen you cannot get a replacement sim even if you produce your original documentation.
