★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien el local pero pésima atención su sistema de registro nada eficiente, a pesar de las múltiples quejas de usuarios no sé cómo no lo cambian, muy lentos para ser tan poca gente, una hora y seguimos esperando. Ya con cierta desesperación, dos clientes ya se fueron por tanto esperar, falta ver la atención del ejecutivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es triste la mala atención al cliente de esta sucursal, tienes que esperar si te urge checar algo de tu servicio hasta DOS HORAS, y sentado en bancas demasiado incómodas, y al final te atienden asesores con poca preparación en atención a clientes y hasta hay que soportar su trato indiferente y muy grosero, nada que ver con la excelente atención al cliente que brindaba hace un tiempo NEXTEL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma, mal, mal al rededor de las 4 salen a comer y solo hay tres personas atendiendo y mucha gente esperando. exactamente una hora esperando por tener líneas Nextel mientras los de Iusacell pasan en al rededor de 20 min. No importando que te anotes en una lista, ves como pasan y a ti no te pelan.
Ma, bad, bad around 4 they go out to eat and there are only three people attending and many people waiting. exactly one hour waiting to have Nextel lines while those of Iusacell spend around 20 min. No matter that you sign up on a list, you see how they happen and you don't get hit.
