★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre están jetones, solo una chava gordita atiende bien, aunque vean gente formada solo hay una caja abierta, nunca tienen cambio, y le seguiría, yo si puedo evitó ir a esta tienda, aclaro es mi opinión y mi experiencia personal con esta tienda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquí siempre me ha gustado hacer mis consultas; por su honestidad y buen servicio; aquí me dí cuenta que me hizo fraude la sucursal de Sendero al no pedir factura y está sucursal facturar mi compra a alguien más. Es pequeño el local, pero por la pandemia no pude renovar mi plan con ellos, lo hizo mi esposo con un ejecutivo en línea y al tener falla a los 15 días y no poder accesar al internet e ir a preguntar qué pasa a esta sucursal? Descubrí que mi asesor no me activó adecuadamente mi plan con el doble de gigas que me había ofrecido. Y que ya me había acabado 2 gigas de datos del plan. Y que aunque reclamé a Servicio al Cliente de la compañía. No te pueden ayudar por No tener sucursal de Atención de Servicio al Cliente en Toluca, si quieres poner una queja debes ir a la CdMx a las sucursales por ellos determinadas. Por eso no pude demandar por Fraude al dueño de la sucursal de Sendero y ahora con pandemia, con quién me quejo? De plano tengan cuidado con quién renuevan. Está sucursal me ha ayudado a descubrir a los malos empleados de T&T. Así que si la recomiendo, aunque hago corajes por darme cuenta y permitirle a mi esposo hacer las renovaciones en línea. Así que acaba de perder el asesor de mi esposo las renovaciones de nuestra familia ??
Here I have always liked to ask my questions; for their honesty and good service; Here I realized that the Sendero branch made me a fraud by not asking for an invoice and this branch billing someone else for my purchase. The place is small, but due to the pandemic I could not renew my plan with them, my husband did it with an online executive and having failure after 15 days and not being able to access the internet and ask what happens to this branch? I discovered that my advisor did not properly activate my plan with twice the gigs he had offered me. And that I had already finished 2 gigs of data from the plan. And that although I complained to the company's Customer Service. They cannot help you because they do not have a Customer Service branch in Toluca, if you want to make a complaint you must go to the CdMx at the branches determined by them. That is why I could not sue the owner of the Sendero branch for Fraud and now with a pandemic, with whom do I complain? Be careful who you renew with. This branch has helped me uncover bad T&T employees. So I do recommend it, although I am heartily aware of it and allowing my husband to do the renovations online. So my husband's advisor just lost our family's renovations ??
