★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son tardados, sí son amables pero tardan demasiado, parece que solo un chico sabe entregar sim cuando vas por cambio de compañía y son como 8 ejecutivos, deben de capacitar por igual a todos para que la gente no espere tanto.
 They are late, they are friendly but they take too long, it seems that only one guy can deliver sim when you go for a change of company and are like 8 executives, they must train everyone equally so that people do not wait so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ME TRATARON TAN MAL al hacer mi potabilidad que mejor voy a liberar mi celular y regresar de nuevo con Telcel, el cual PENSÉ que tenía mal servicio hasta que acudí con esta mala y grosera gente de at&t.
THEY TREATED ME SO BAD when doing my drinking that I'm better going to free my cell phone and come back again with Telcel, which I THOUGHT I had bad service until I went with these bad and rude AT&T people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima Atención. El de la entrada parece más cadenero de bar, que ejecutivo de la empresa. Y la chica que da la "atención" creo que se molestó por haber interrumpido su siesta,tanto así que no tuvo la decencia de levantarse de su silla donde estaba desparramada para decirme bostezando "hijole señor, ahorita no tenemos plásticos".
Terrible attention. The one at the entrance looks more like a barman than a company executive. And the girl who gives the "attention" I think she bothered to have interrupted her nap, so much so that she didn't have the decency to get up from her chair where she was scattered to tell me yawning "son sir, right now we don't have plastics".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, realicé mi cambio de portabilidad de Movistar a AT&T y tuve que ir 2 días seguidos para obtener respuesta, además me cobraron la SIM, la activación de prepago y no aceptan tarjeta de crédito siendo que tienen las terminales ahí, para finalizar llevo 5 días sin línea telefónica y me proporcionaron un número provisional para no estuviera incomunicado y ese número no está activado
Terrible service, I made my portability change from Movistar to AT&T and I had to go 2 days in a row to get a response, they also charged me the SIM, the prepaid activation and they do not accept credit cards since they have the terminals there, to finish I have 5 days without a phone line and they provided me with a provisional number so that I would not be incommunicado and that number is not activated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primer vez que tengo línea de esta compañía y no me arrepiento, ya que la atención, la rapidez y facilidad de realizar el trámite con ellos fue extremadamente rápido y sencillo, no tarde nada, resolvieron todas mis dudas y requerimientos, el estacionamiento es pequeño pero seguro y controlado. 100% recomendado acudir a este centro de atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, estoy como cliente PREP en esta sucursal, pague mensualidades por adelantado y ahora que va a terminar el plan AT&T me ofrece un nuevo y mejor plan y no me pueden hacer cambio por que no han aplicado las mensualidades adelantadas y me aparece adeudo, pero eso si los primeros dias del mes me marcaban para cobrarme ya que segun ellos la linea presentaba atraso y nunca pague despues de la fecha en el recibo, muy mal la agencia y AT&T por pemitir esto.
Bad attention, I am as a PREP customer at this branch, I paid monthly payments in advance and now that the plan is ending AT&T offers me a new and better plan and they cannot make a change because they have not applied the advanced monthly payments and I have a debt, but that if the first days of the month they called me to charge me since according to them the line was late and I never paid after the date on the receipt, very bad the agency and AT&T for allowing this.
