Cuenta con pocos asientos, tomando en cuenta el tiempo regular de espera. Con una excelente ubicación para llegar caminando. Los accesorios de venden en precios elevados.
The service is getting slower and sometimes a bit rude. Long lines have to be made through a disorganized system. It has few seats, taking into account the regular waiting time. With an excellent location to walk. Accessories are sold at high prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar que esta en plaza Chapultepec, el cual está muy accesible por estar a un costado de una de las principales arterias viales de la ciudad, es una instalación muy amplia, con suficientes cubículos de atención al público, así como una muy amplia variedad de aparatos y equipos de telefonía celular de vanguardia y última generación. Cuenta con amplio estacionamiento y la actitud de quienes te atienden es muy amable y gentil, como en mi caso. Fui atendido por Andrea Rodriguez, quien desempeña su trabajo, a la altura de las circunstancias, de lo que la infraestructura de AT&T se lo permite. Como sucursal, cuenta con todos los recursos adecuados para el buen desempeñó de sus funciones en todos los aspectos. El gran problema es la lentitud de la matriz o la oficina central a la que pertenecen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El chico que atiende es super amable, el local esta limpio, solo le falta tener equipos en exhibición, aunque considerando la inseguridad de hoy en dia, eso se entiende.
The guy who attends is super friendly, the place is clean, he only needs to have equipment on display, although considering today's insecurity, that is understandable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not what it should be. Their. Coverage are is significantly less than Telcel, they need to have better incentives to make it worthwhile. The phones they offer are fair, but I think it is much better to bring your own phone.
