Fui para liberar un celular, dijeron requería , factura (solo llevaba recibo),técnico y no hay ahí. Me pidieron quipo y dieron de alta el número que no quería usar. Me trasladé al centro, pedí un técnico, respondiendo que para liberar no requería de técnico, les di factura y conté las peripecias para obtenerla ya que solo tenía recibo, me responden: Solo con su nota no era necesario factura. Por lo que todos los que trabajan el plaza coyol AT&T no realizan su trabajo de forma efectiva, no es posible que en ese momento era la única cliente dándome información errónea, no me resolvieron y me hicieron trasladarme una más lejana .
