★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO PUEDES RECUPERAR TU SIM, en esta tienda condicionaron mi recuperación de SIM rentando un plan, argumentaron que no existe otra forma de recuperar mi línea, en atención a clientes cortijo pude recuperar mi número con toda normalidad.
El personal no está capacitado para resolver dudas.
YOU CANNOT RECOVER YOUR SIM, in this store they conditioned my SIM recovery by renting a plan, they argued that there is no other way to recover my line, in cortijo customer service I was able to recover my number normally.
The staff is not trained to answer questions.
