Un trámite que debía ser rápido tardaron cerca de 45 min, y peleándose entre ellos para solucionarlo. They could use some courses on "Customer Service and Attention", a terrible attitude from the manager and her advisers. A process that had to be fast took about 45 min, and fighting among themselves to solve it.

Poco o nada les importa dar una solución a los clientes. Terrible customer service, the "receptionist" simply has no information whatsoever about virtual sim availability even though I was redirected from the Morelos customer service center. They care little or nothing about giving customers a solution.
