They did not solve my problem, they sent me to another instance when they were the ones who had to offer me support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, siempre están distraídos sus empleados y te ofrecen teléfonos como si fueran golosinas. Sus planes son buenos pero tomando en cuenta que no resuelven dudas ni defienden cambios de compañía, yo NO recomiendo en forma alguna a AT&T. Por cierto, sus instalaciones dejan mucho que desear.
Bad attention, your employees are always distracted and they offer you telephones as if they were sweets. Their plans are good but taking into account that they do not solve doubts or defend company changes, I do NOT recommend AT & T in any way. By the way, its facilities leave much to be desired.
