★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala ya que no tiene la profesionalización hacia la atención al cliente, ya que a.mi forma de ver no tiene una buena organización, una mala recepción y al parecer nada más estaban con su celular y uno esperando a que lo atiendan y si el gerente no se acerca a preguntarme que si ya me atendía y le contesté que estaba esperando que me atendieran, hubiera estado esperando más rato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me parece que cuando el ejecutivo está atentiendo el gerente o supervisor mande a varias personas a decirle al asesor qué esta trabajando, qué si por favor puede ir a verlo. Creo que con una es suficiente, distrae al ejecutivo de poder atender de manera eficiente y rápida.

- Los técnicos tardan demasiado en realizar diagnósticos. Entre semana, a veces están y otras también, pero no quieren trabajar.
- La espera es excesiva para ser atendido por un asesor.
Esto aplica para las dos sucursales de atención a clientes del centro comercial santa fe.
Terrible attention and too much waiting time.
- Technicians take too long to diagnose. During the week, sometimes they are there and sometimes they are there, but they don't want to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AT&T made an error that has taken over 1.5 months to fix. Phone has been disconnected since May 24. Over 8+ hours on phone calls 4+ visits to a store. Now dealing with PROFECO on the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to wait more than 50 minutes for a concersation. Man try to help me and after 40.minutes he said my servis gonna work after 2 hours. Its 3 days abd still i can use my phone to call. If not a fact i paid for a year i would to change company!
