★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally the best service I've ever been given from Iusacell/AT&T agents has been at this store. I highly recommend it. Only problem right now is that with the transition, some things have been moved around and it feels a bit slower than it used to be. Would be nice to see them fix the ticketing system for example, and having someone at the front (like they used to) receiving people and looking out for them would go a long way to imroving the customer experience.

I then decided to change my plan (but stay with at & t), and since coming to this branch nothing has worked properly with my service. First it took about 6 weeks to have my original number reactivated to the new chip, and I have now currently been without mobile data for over 2 weeks. Used to love it but couldn't be much more disappointed in them at the moment.
