★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La bastante feliz con el servicio, han mejorado bastante y les recomiendo mucho pasar con Rosa. Ella fue amable y atenta en todo el proceso, me aclaró mis dudas y me hizo la cuarta renovación de mi plan de manera bastante rápida. No había pasado más de media hora desde que llegué y ya estaba saliendo con teléfono nuevo.
Hice el cambio de una segunda línea a un pan las básico el mismo día y no tardo mas de 10 min en que todo quedará listo.
Duele ver que por culpa del resto de sus compañeros, su trabajo se vea opacado, por eso no le doy mis 5 estrellitas?
Quite happy with the service, they have improved a lot and I highly recommend spending with Rosa. She was kind and attentive throughout the process, clarified my doubts and made the fourth renewal of my plan quite quickly. It had not been more than half an hour since I arrived and I was already leaving with a new phone.
I made the change from a second line to a basic bread the same day and it does not take more than 10 minutes for everything to be ready.
It hurts to see that because of the rest of his colleagues, his work is overshadowed, that's why I don't give him my 5 stars?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta el momento no he tenido malas quejas con los que me han atendido. Pero co firmó que aún siguen aplicando sus malas mañas de disque promociones y regalos hace 3 años un empleado llamado JARED que ahora supuestamente está en atyt perisur me metió un plan forzoso de un celular con plan y obsequios supuestamente gratis y todo me lo cobro el muy cabr** lo peor fue que tube que pagar todos los 36 meses sino no podía cambiar de plan ni modificar nada de linea ni teléfono hasta terminar el plazo, tengan cuidado con esta persona, hasta el momento sigo esperando la respuesta de los juzgados para aclarar el asunto con el trueque de esta persona.
