★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad attention from the employees. I was just trying to transfer my number to AT&T because of a promotion, and after 30 minutes of struggling, they we're not able to do so. My guess is they got disappointed because I wasn't buying a new cellphone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful place, but not very clear on communications. Bought a SIM card for a computer there, and the SIM card has still not worked with my computer. Hoping the SIM card even works but just a heads up to anyone that wants to visit this location.

Once I finish my contract with them I'll definitely change companies as they charge extra fees randomly on my payments and I cannot buy the last few months of my service at once because I would have to pay the cost of the phone again + extra fees. I've been paying this phone for way over two years, it's ridiculous. As bad as Telcel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. It's a shame to use the service of AT&T. The staff just sitting there doing nothing. I was in a phone call for 2 hours , trying to cancel my plan. During 2 hours , talking with more than 10 person , every time they transfer the phone call to another person. And the staff in the shop just talking with there colleagues. No body came to help.
