Tiene estacionamiento barato, restaurant, gym, estética, papelería de marca conocida, masajes, nails, cafetería, pizzas muy conocidas, estética y alimento para perro, etc, etc. Te encuentras gente muy educada y respetuosa ...... Te la super recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Se nota una falta de capacitación total y un desinterés por atender a las personas.
Aspectos básicos de planes o equipos no los pueden responder correctamente y parece que te hacen un favor y hasta se molestan si les dices algo de por qué siempre están pegados a sus teléfonos.
Muy mala experiencia, no recomiendo el lugar.
Terrible service. There is a lack of total training and a lack of interest in caring for people.
Basics of plans or equipment cannot answer them correctly and it seems that they do you a favor and even get upset if you tell them something about why they are always attached to their phones.
Very bad experience, I do not recommend the place.

Piden disculpas y manifiestan no tener responsabilidad, transfiriendo la culpa a la tecnología. Son amables, cordiales, pero no son resolutivos. Con todo y todo, prefiero así a esta empresa, que cuando era Nextel y el trato al usuario era déspota y prepotente. Esto es un viacrucis pero ya ni modo. Según esto el plan que tenía contratado ya no existe, pero no son capaces de darme uno nuevo. Apenas y lograron cambiar los datos de mi domicilio, cuestión que yo creía resuelta desde hace un mes, solo para encontrarme con que no había cambiado nada y hasta perdieron los documentos que llevé en esa ocasión como comprobantes de mi actual domicilio. En fin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar, esta dentro de una pequeña plaza. Te atienden dudas acerca de tu equipo así como algún cobro que no reconzcas. También puedes sacar ahí mismo un equipo, la mayor parte del tiempo hay poca gente así que perfecto para ser atendido al instante. Cuenta con estacionamiento $10 las 3 primeras horas, estacionamiento para bicicletas y motos.
Good place, it is inside a small square. They answer questions about your equipment as well as a charge that you do not get. Las promociones no las respetan y te quieren obligar a comprar el plan que a ellos les conviene más , no pueden hacer ningún trámite por qué no está su gerente, y a todo te responden que no saben. Frases favoritas de los empleados: desconozco por qué le habrán dicho eso en el centro de atención a clientes telefónico, no hay nada que pueda hacer. Tristemente no sirven para nada!!!
The people who serve here have no idea what they are doing. Promotions do not respect them and they want to force you to buy the plan that suits them best, they cannot do any paperwork because their manager is not there, and they answer everything that they do not know. Employee favorite phrases: I don't know why they told you that at the call center, there's nothing I can do. Sadly they are useless !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de ir hoy 15 de enero sábado son las 12:30 y está cerrado, el letrero indica que hablen desde las 11, no hay ningún aviso ni nada simplemente cerrado. Terrible servicio.
I just went today, January 15, Saturday, it's 12:30 and it's closed, the sign says to talk from 11, there's no notice or anything just closed. Terrible service.
