★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the service that AT&T México offers is way better than the one from Telcel, the signal is stronger in LTE, and the download speeds are a lot faster than in the competition, beside that, you will have also better connection in the US, you don't even need roaming from AT&T México to AT&T USA, just like been at home. Ah, and the plans that they have are cheaper with more data. Happy to be with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the people they serve do not know how they need to give better customer service. If you have good luck, someone will attend to the right procedure to solve yours needs. Be careful with renovations with the at & t plans because the at & t personal try to sell products wothout explain the terms of contracts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SLOOOOOWW, something that you would expect to take 5 minutes takes over an hour. I have been to this location 3 times now and every time I go for a simple request, such as needing a new sim card or wanting to change my plan, each time it took significantly longer than I expected. If you want to make changes to your existing account I recommend doing so via at&t Mexico's Whats App line. That way you won't have to sit in the store for over an hour. Also, on multiple occasions I got employees who were rude and indifferent.
