★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ya que hoy fui para que me liberarán un equipo y no pudieron hacerlo argumentando que como la compra fue hecha el dia de ayer aun en sus sistema no les aparece el numero de imei del equipo como vendido y otras excusas más y por tanto debo esperar algunos dias...¡que tontería! ya que por ley el equipo ya debería estar liberado desde el momento que tu lo compras y pareciera que les pides un favor y no es así!!!
Terrible service since today I went to have a team released and they could not do it arguing that since the purchase was made yesterday even in their system the imei number of the team does not appear as sold and other excuses and therefore I must wait a few days ... what nonsense! since by law the team should already be released from the moment you buy it and it seems that you ask them for a favor and it is not like that !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era la única en el lugar y tardaron una hora aproximadamente en resolver mi problema. Me pusieron muchas trabas para realizar el tramite de recuperar mi número y digo trabas porque no eran ilógicos los datos que me pedían, por llamada nunca me dijeron que pedirían esos datos, por eso tarde en conseguirlos. El personal con mala actitud,con cero disponibilidad de atender y sobre todo de solucionar . Eran 3 tipos , uno con mala actitud, el otro estaba comiendo dentro de la sucursal y el otro no sé que estaba haciendo pero no me atendía a pesar de que estaba ahi parada queriendo atención. Muy mal, mejor vayan a otro centro.
I was the only one in the place and it took them about an hour to solve my problem. They put a lot of obstacles on me to carry out the process of recovering my number and I say obstacles because the data they were asking me was not illogical, by call they never told me that they would ask for that data, so it took a long time to get them. The staff with a bad attitude, with zero availability to attend and above all to solve. There were 3 guys, one with a bad attitude, the other was eating inside the branch and the other I don't know what he was doing but he didn't take care of me even though I was standing there wanting attention. Too bad, better go to another center.

Horario de atencion es:
Lunes a Sabado 10:00 - 20:00 hrs
Domingo 10:00 - 16:00 hrs
(Recomendacion llegar minimo 30 min antes del cierre porque los procesos pueden ser tardados y puede haber mas clientes).
La sucursal no cuenta con número telefonico directo el que esta es el de atencion a cliente pero ahi que seguir indicaciones del conmutador y el servicio es en el mismo horario de la tienda.

Monday to Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
(Recommendation to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing because the processes can be slow and there may be more clients).
The branch does not have a direct telephone number, which is the customer service number, but there you have to follow the instructions of the switchboard and the service is at the same time as the store.
