La srita, que me atendió Lorena fue muy clara con la información y muy profesional en su trato

En esta época de pandemia, cumplen con todos los protocolos de seguridad, sin duda la mejor tienda de por aquí.??

Creo que a los empleados les falta capacitación .
Pero lo peor son los cobros INDEBIDOS que te hacen a tu factura
ES UN ROBO y tristemente no hay forma de defenderse
Por ejemplo :
"el cobro por equipo diferido "
Que ya se había declarado ilegal y lo sigue aplicando...
Y además, si aviso ,te activan servicios .
Varias veces fuimos y ni ellos sabían el nombre del "servicio adicional "
que aparece en mi Factura

IT IS A THEFT and sadly there is no way to defend yourself

A un lado de el Aurrerá y lo peor es que creo que era el encargado , pésimo su forma de tratar a los clientes hasta igualado en cambió me fui a otro centro de atención u todo diferente exelente servicio
