★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio los el personal que tienen no es competente hacen esperar más de una hora para que te puedan atender para un chip o para hacer algún trámite que sea de lo más sencillo no tienen actitudes servicio la instalación está bien pero el personal de plano se pasa al no querernos atender de la mejor manera pareciera que nos estuvieran haciendo un favor
 Very bad service, the staff they have is not competent, they make you wait more than an hour so that they can attend you for a chip or to do some procedure that is as simple as possible. They do not have service attitudes. It happens when we don't want to serve ourselves in the best way, it seems that they were doing us a favor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compré un celular y me hicieron dar tres vueltas para obtener código de desbloqueo, llego el tiempo de cerrar la tienda y me pidieron que me retirara sin solucionar mi problema ni dar el código. Aún presentando ticket de compra, equipo intacto nuevo.... la asistente fue muy negligente y agresiva.....
No regreso a esa tienda...?
Y no me dieron el código, tuve que buscar ayuda por fuera...
Terrible service, I bought a cell phone and they made me go around three times to get the unlock code, it was time to close the store and they asked me to leave without solving my problem or giving the code. Still presenting purchase receipt, new intact equipment .... the assistant was very negligent and aggressive .....
I'm not going back to that store ... ?
And they didn't give me the code, I had to look outside for help ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de las empleadas, déspotas y groseras. No saben hacer su trabajo, contraté un plan que nunca me dieron de alta por lo que tuve que pagar bastante, al realizar aclaración no resolvieron mi situación. Mejor me resolvieron en línea.
Terrible attention from the employees, despots and rude. They don't know how to do their job, I contracted a plan that they never discharged me for so I had to pay a lot, when clarifying they didn't solve my situation. Better they solved me online.
