Es una exelente tienda siempre he ido me han atendido muy bien. No me agradan mucho los paquetes de la compañía pero la atención es muy buena.

Ni de broma lo hagan, pésimo servicio además me siguen cobrando por algo que yo ni useeee, y lo único que dicen es que no esta dentro de sus facultades de trabajo o que debe de ser por linea AT&T y nunca esta disponible atención a clientes. Si quieren adquirir o contratar un plan, no piensen nunca en AT&T

Módulo de atención de at&t accesible para los usuarios. Ahí pueden pagar su factura y atienden dudas que tengan acerca de su servicio. Lugar accesible y pueden aprovechar las ofertas de comercios que por ahí abundan y hacer su experiencia de pagar el teléfono algo increible

Telefónica donde se puede hacer pagos del recibo por el servicio,trato personal,amigable,rápido y eficiente.

When I walked in I expected A1 service just like I experienced at other AT&T stores, before I could finish telling the last about my cell phone issue she cut me off and told me I had to purchase a new chip with a Mexico telephone number in order to use my cell phone in Mexico. I told her that was not true and as I tried 2 more times to explain, and both times she repeated that I needed to buy a chip. I will not say that all the stores in Mexico have poor customer service, but it is an issue when trying to get help or when returning an item to back to any store, maybe its the way they trained to make a sale and not to café y returns at al cost even if they lose customer. Worst customer service at this location so do not waste your time and come to this location, go across the street where they did tKe the time to hear my issue and was able to tell me the issue with my phone which was the.my chip. Any time you insert your chip into an other phone it lo ks the chip in case of fraud. I will no
