★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal trato de verdad me gusta la compañía pero el personal de aquí ni esta capacitado, ni sabe tratar al cliente, no sabe dar solución a los problemas, de verdad necesito que at&t los capacite tanto con el trato al cliente (sobre todo del chico gay que se cree guapo) así como también saber trabajar con el sistema y sus soluciones a los problemas mejor telcel me dio opciones para decirles a at&t como deben hacer su trabajo. Como crees que te va solucionar la otra compañía tu problema!!!!!
Super bad treatment I really like the company but the staff here is neither trained, nor knows how to treat the client, does not know how to solve the problems, I really need at & t to train them so much with the treatment of the client (especially the boy gay who thinks he is handsome) as well as knowing how to work with the system and its solutions to problems better telcel gave me options to tell at & t how they should do their job. How do you think the other company will solve your problem !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues la atención fue buena, lo malo es que fui a cancelar porque me hicieron.cargos de una línea cuando estaba contratado servicio medido, o sea no se iba a poder uso más que de determinados datos y llamadas, lo malo fue que a pesar de esto, me salieron con que se excedieron en servicios y pues me cargaron una buena cantidad a pagar de dinero. Mejor decidí cancelar la línea.
