Acudí a la sucursal en la mega y pedí una reposición de chip Unefon y me hicieron cambio a att sin consultarmelo, así con que confianza acude uno hacer trámites, el chip lo solicite por una emergencia y me llevo el chasco que era cambio y no pude usarlo? días atrás acudí en las 2 sucursales de la misma plaza y ninguno quiso hacerlo que no había gerentes.Que mal plan.
I went to the branch in the mega and asked for a replacement Unefon chip and they made me change to att without consulting me, so with confidence one goes to do paperwork, the chip requested it for an emergency and I took the disappointment that was change and I could not use it? days ago I went to the 2 branches in the same square and none of them wanted to do it because there were no managers. What a bad plan.

Cuando escribí la opinión anterior, me habían dado un buen servicio, pero después de que por causas de fuerza mayor se tuvo que suspender por unos días una línea que tengo activa con AT &T bajo la modalidad de pospago y ahí empezaron los problemas. Cuando se pidió la reactivación de la línea, nos notificaron que por un error atribuible a ellos, el IMEI del teléfono había sido cancelado. Solicitaron la factura del aparato (emitida por ellos) y la identificación oficial del titular del contrato.vse llevaron y un asesor dijo que en un plazo de 24 a 72 horas quedaría nuevamente activo el IMEI indebidamente cancelado. Pasaron 10 días y aún no lo han restablecido, por lo que me presenté a las oficinas y me dijo un empleado que le dijo servicio técnico que NOSOTROS HABÍAMOS REPORTADO COMO ROBADO EL TELÉFONO AL IFETEL y que dicho instituto había cancelado el IMEI. De ahí no salieron por más que les expliqué que ellos nos habían dicho otra cosa totalmente diferente. El empleado como si fuera de la CFE no salía de: "eso es lo que dice la computadora". Me comuniqué a las oficinas del IFETEL y me dijo una operadora que ellos no bloquean líneas, IMEI ni nada de eso, que eso lo hacen los proveedores de telefonía, por lo que el empleado de at&t mintió descaradamente. Se habrá de presentar la queja ante el instituto correspondiente, y en caso de que no resuelvan el problema que ellos crearon, nos tendremos que ver ante la Profeco. Malísimo servicio de atención a clientes de at&t con empelados mentirosos que no resuelven nada, pero crean muchos problemas.

I contacted the IFETEL offices and an operator told me that they don't block lines, IMEI or anything like that, that's what the phone providers do, so the at&t employee lied blatantly. The complaint will have to be presented to the corresponding institute, and in the event that they do not solve the problem that they created, we will have to meet with Profeco. Terrible customer service from at&t with lying employees who do not solve anything, but create many problems.

PESIMA atención de parte del personal, los ejecutivos no te prestan atención a como debe ser, se reúnen entre ellos para hablar de sus cosas y utilizan muchas palabras altisonantes, la gerente los ve, los escucha y no dice nada. No te explican nada.
