Te ofrecen un plan y lo compras, solo que te dicen que no te pueden dar una copia del contrato porque un supuesto jefe misterioso tiene que firmarlo, pero que no te preocupes que te lo mandan junto con la factura, MENTIRAS. Los malditos lo que hacen es venderte el plan que a ellos se les antoja y nunca te mandan ni factura ni contrato ni nada. Es hasta que tienes un problema que acudes a un centro de AT&T y te enteras que te estafaron, vendiéndote otra cosa totalmente diferente a lo que te ofrecieron. Tengan mucho cuidado, especialmente con el vendedor Oscar Espinoza. Este fue el pillo que me estafo. Be very careful with these pillos! Se aprovechan de los adultos mayores un ejecutivo de nombre Armando cambio a mi mamá de plan no obstante no le pudo dar el teléfono activo la hicieron volver al otro día aún cuando ya había perdido casi dos horas con ese señor,yo no pude asistir porque estaba de viaje pero es de muy mal gusto el servicio tan tardado que brindan al cliente ,capaciten más a su personal ya que este señor me comenta mi mamá andaba preguntando a sus compañeros que es lo que tenía que hacer por que el no podía ,no los recomiendo por que tardan mucho cuando se supone deben de atender rápido Terrible experience!
