G	Gerardo Verduzco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen realmente apoyo, si requieres apoyo técnico ve en horario hábil porque solo hay una persona, en dos ocasiones e Ido a contratar servicios y nunca dan información correcta, así que, o lees completo el contrato ahí mismo antes de firmar, o mejor acude a otra sucursal, recomiendo la matriz en Humberto Lobo casi Morones. They never really have support, if you require technical support, go during business hours because there is only one person, twice and I've gone to hire services and they never give correct information, so either you read the contract in full right there before signing, or you better go to another branch, I recommend the headquarters in Humberto Lobo almost Morones.

Y desde el año pasado que lo he querido cancelar porque habia estado fallando y no me dejan. Me mandan de una sucursal a otra y al final para decirme que solamente se puede hacer la cancelación por teléfono! pero el problema es que casi nunca contestan y cuando lo hacen no te atienden bien ni te resuelven. Y en centros de atención no te atienden si es para cancelar. Tampoco te resuelven nada por correo ni por chat. No lo contraten! y mucho menos lo domicilien a su tarjeta del banco! Esto es como una secta, puedes entrar facilmente pero difícilmente podrás salir. Si alguien ha podido cancelar, que me diga como le hizo por favor. Yo ya estoy harta. I don't recommend AT&T service. I have been a client of a mobile internet service for a few years. And since last year I have wanted to cancel it because it had been failing and they won't let me. They send me from one branch to another and at the end to tell me that you can only cancel by phone! No obstante, aceptan que los clientes vayan y hagan pago de su recibo mensual. Esta situado en el primer piso de Plaza La Silla y son muy amables. This place is not a customer service center. It is only a point of sale for AT&T. They do, however, accept that customers come and pay their monthly bill. It is located on the first floor of Plaza La Silla and they are very friendly.
