★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hace rato a qué me ayudarán a reactivar mi chip, y la señorita después de "tratar de ayudarme" ya ni me hizo caso y solo me dejó ahí a qué yo solucionará mi problema y mejor se fue a platicar con otro encargado.
I went a while ago to have them help me reactivate my chip, and after "trying to help me" the lady didn't pay any attention to me anymore and just left me there to solve my problem and instead went to talk to another person in charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención que deja mucho que desear a pesar de ser cliente te tratan sin ningún tipo de consideración. Me presente a liquidar un equipo quería una renovación con un buen enganche por otro equipo, teniéndolo en existencia no era elegible salvo comprarlo con otra nueva línea con un costo extra por 12 meses y no me vendieron el equipo deseado. Y el equipo sigue ahí! ??♂️
Attention that leaves much to be desired despite being a client they treat you without any kind of consideration. I showed up to liquidate a device I wanted a renewal with a good down payment for another device, having it in stock was not eligible except to buy it with another new line with an extra cost for 12 months and they did not sell me the desired device. And the team is still there! ??♂️
