★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal servicio al cliente. Se excusan de que es cambio de turno y no te atienden. Hasta quedé les da la gana. Por trámites tan sencillos como un cambio de chip. Aparte que no tienen cobertura en otros países. Son un fraude!!!
Super bad customer service. They excuse themselves that it is a shift change and they do not attend to you. I even stayed with them. For procedures as simple as a chip change. Apart from that they do not have coverage in other countries. They are a fraud!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que me atendió muy bien pero lo que me molesta es que AT&T sube los precios sin avisar. Y cada vez cobran más y te ofrecen menos. Ha decaído la calidad de su servicio y productos.

La atención bien.
Sin embargo, al querer cambiar de plan a uno mejor; a fuerza quieren que te endeudes con un equipo nuevo. De lo contrario te quitan el servicio de "seguro de tu equipo".
Literal, la persona que me atendió, me dijo que a ellos no les conviene hacer ese tipo de cambios, sin obtener su comisión.
The facilities are fine.
Good attention.
However, when you want to change your plan to a better one; by force they want you to get into debt with a new team. Otherwise they remove the "insurance of your equipment" service.
Literally, the person who attended me told me that it is not convenient for them to make such changes, without obtaining their commission.
