★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. El personal se la pasa en el celular todo el tiempo, pareciera que no te ponen atención. No usan el cubrebocas de manera correcta. No hay desinfección de los equipos y espacio del local de manera regular, se puede apreciar por las pisadas, las múltiples huellas etc.
Se comprometen a enviar información por medio del cel, y cuando pides informes de molestan... Definitivamente no lo recomiendo, tuve que regresar a cancelar mi orden y preferí hacerlo en otra sucursal.
Terrible attention. The staff spends it on their cell phones all the time, it seems they don't pay attention to you. They do not use the mask correctly. There is no disinfection of the equipment and space of the premises on a regular basis, it can be seen by the footsteps, the multiple footprints, etc.
They promise to send information through the cell phone, and when you ask for reports they bother ... I definitely do not recommend it, I had to return to cancel my order and I preferred to do it in another branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estan bonitas las instalaciones pero lo malo es que solo existe un cajero de servicio & si hay gente haciendo fila para hacer uso del mismo; no son muy amables los ejecutivos que estan en turno para brindarte el servicio que vayas a hacer en el cajero de servicios y salir rápido para evitar aglomeracion de personas dentro de la tienda.
The facilities are beautiful but the bad thing is that there is only one service cashier & if there are people lining up to use it; The executives who are on duty to provide you with the service that you are going to do at the service cashier are not very friendly and leave quickly to avoid crowding inside the store.
