La atención al cliente debería tener mayor importancia para un centro como éste ya que son la imagen de su empresa.
Usually with a lot of flow of people and few personnel, which causes long waits and with little attention to your needs. They could improve with more and better trained staff. Customer service should be more important to a center like this as they are the image of your company.
