★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No habia presentado ningun problema con esta sucursal, hasta que me toco renovar contrato, el tramite todo normal pero hay un dichoso seguro que para los telefonos, este yo no lo habia solicitado y cual fue mi sorpresa que en la primer facturacion me lo cobraron, es una pena y un peligro que sin haber solicitado un servicio ellos tengan la facilidad de activarlo sin autorizacion del cliente, tengan cuidado y de ser posible pidan que les extiendan un documento que avale que realmente no les activaron ningun servicio adicional!
I had not presented any problem with this branch, until I had to renew the contract, the procedure was normal but there is a lucky insurance that for the telephones, I had not requested this and what was my surprise that in the first billing they charged me, It is a pity and a danger that without having requested a service they have the facility to activate it without the client's authorization, be careful and if possible ask them to issue a document that guarantees that they really did not activate any additional service!
