Un Asco de lugar, pedi la renovación de mi plan que era de dos años para aprovechar una promoción, me cobraron, me hicieron firmar los papeles y después me dijeron que solo había quedado por un año por error del que atiende.
La supervisora del lugar estaba ahí y no fue para acercarse ni decir nada.
Me dijeron que podían cancelar y volverlo a hacerlo pero ya no entra ninguna promoción y aparte me cobrarían por el servicio que he ero su mal trabajo.

A disgusting place, I requested the renewal of my plan that was two years to take advantage of a promotion, they charged me, made me sign the papers and then they told me that I had only stayed for one year by mistake of the attendant.
The supervisor of the place was there and she did not come to approach or say anything.
They told me that they could cancel and do it again but no promotion is coming in and they would charge me for the service that I have done because of their bad work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared to wait!! Every time I need to go here it takes an hour or more. Want to pay your bill? Have a seat and wait even though there is only one other customer and 6 people working. Want to change your plan? That will take more than an hour only to be told "the system is down" and they can't change anything.
