★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por más de un año y medio esta H. compañía me cobró un celular que nunca me entregó, las miles de aclaraciones con infinidad de ejecutivos tanto en call center, mail o sucursal y los infinitos folios que levanté durante ese tiempo no sirvieron de nada hasta que llegué a la sucursal de Miguel A. de Quevedo por la pandemia, pero tampoco fue mágico los procesos que tiene la empresa para verificar que un cliente que ya se compró no hizo fraude y le seguían cobrando demás son interminables, pero afortunadamente pasaron mi caso a los empleados Jonathan Pérez Olan e Ismael Sauri Coraza, quienes me ayudaron durante 5 meses más a que por fin mi caso tuviera solución. Les recomiendo los busquen son de las pocas personas que se ocupan y preocupan por los que tenemos contratado este servicio.
