★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llevar mi equipo para solicitar la liberación de red, el personal de este establecimiento recibió mi papeleria con una falta total de interés, colocando mis papeles debajo del escritorio sin siquiera clasificarlos para que no se traspapelaran con los demás. Asistí un día sábado y me indicaron que enviarían mi solicitud el siguiente lunes, sin embargo, ya van casi 15 días esperando sin recibir ninguna respuesta de la solicitud que acudí a realizar. No me sorprendería que hubieran perdido mi papelería.
When I brought my equipment to request the network release, the staff at this establishment received my stationery with a total lack of interest, placing my papers under the desk without even sorting them so that they would not get misplaced with the others. I attended on a Saturday and they told me that they would send my request the following Monday, however, they have been waiting for almost 15 days without receiving any response to the request that I came to make. I wouldn't be surprised if they lost my stationery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí el día 02/03/22 según cierran a las 8:00 p.m. y llegué faltando 10 minutos por cuestión de traslado de mi trabajo. Sólo iba a recoger dos tarjetas sim por cambio de portabilidad y la nula respuesta y atención que recibí de la señorita al decir que ya se fueron porque ya estaba cerrado aún y cuándo faltaban 10 minutos para cerrar. Aún ni soy cliente y ya me desepciono la empresa por su seudo personal. Una lastima. No recomiendo nada involucrarte con esta empresa menos con este local.
I went on 03/02/22 as they close at 8:00 p.m. and I arrived missing 10 minutes due to a transfer from my work. I was only going to pick up two sim cards for portability change and the null response and attention I received from the lady when she said that they already left because it was still closed and when there were 10 minutes left to close. I'm not even a client yet and I'm already disappointed in the company because of its pseudo staff. A shame. I do not recommend anything to get involved with this company except with this place.
