Me pasan información incorrecta y me Asé cambiar el chip de mi equipo según por qué ése era el problema y No quedó .
Falta mejorar mucho la calidad de su Atención al Cliente.
They did not solve My problem. I was communicated with more than 11 person and in 2 hours of waiting for a pin to pass.
They pass me incorrect information and I managed to change the chip of my computer according to why that was the problem and it was not.
The quality of your Customer Service needs to be greatly improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora en este AT&T hay más agentes de atención, lo cual es muy bueno ya que los tiempos en espera dismuyen mucho.
Sin embargo, los teléfonos que están en display ahora son muy pocos, es el ounto negativo.
