Pésimo te tardan para tramitar el servicio de telefonía y te piden unos documentos después que siempre son otros más y así están, que te faltan datos y bueno, te tienen ve regresa, y te dicen una cosa y ya no es esa..mejor acudan a un centro de atención dónde como cliente eres prioridad porque hasta parece te hacen un favor al adquirir teléfonos con ellos??‍♀️
Terrible they take you to process the telephone service and they ask you for some documents later that are always others and that's how they are, that you lack data and well, they have you go back, and they tell you one thing and it's not that anymore... better go to a service center where as a customer you are a priority because it even seems like they are doing you a favor by buying phones with them??‍♀️

Son una basura. No me atendieron, a pesar de ser un centro de atencion al cliente. Me cambie de compañia, escribieron mal mi nombre (por llamada) y de ahí todo mal. No me querian dar el chip, no me querian auxiliar con llamar al número, los numeros proporcionados no funcionaban, me dijeron que no cambiaría de compañia hasta cambiar el chip y es mentira... no tengo ahora señal.
They are garbage. They did not attend me, despite being a customer service center. I changed companies, they spelled my name wrong (by call) and from there everything went wrong. They didn't want to give me the chip, they didn't want to help me with calling the number, the numbers provided didn't work, they told me that I wouldn't change companies until I changed the chip and it's a lie... I don't have a signal now.

Deberían te ser más empáticos con las personas que esperamos a ser atendidos, fila de más menos 40 minutos, trámite bastante tardado para contratar una línea adicional, las personas que tienen acceso a los equipos para entregarlos platicando y comiendo rosca, entiendo que también se cansan pero creo que hay momento para todo.
They should be more empathetic with the people who wait to be served, a line of more than 40 minutes, quite a long process to contract an additional line, the people who have access to the equipment to deliver them talking and eating bagels, I understand that they also get tired But I think there is a time for everything.

Excelente atención de su personal, espero que el servicio que contraté también sea bueno. Las instalaciones son pequeñas y está algo saturado, por ejemplo alguien en silla de ruedas estaría totalmente incómodo
Excellent attention from your staff, I hope that the service I hired is also good. The facilities are small and somewhat crowded, for example someone in a wheelchair would be totally uncomfortable.

En recepción tienen a un señor que literal, está desparramado en una silla, es poco amable y nada atento, no tiene el perfil para atender o recibir clientes. Aunque lo demás no estuvo mal con la mala experiencia que tuve con ese primer contacto es suficiente para que no quiera regresar a este centro AT&T
At the reception they have a man who literally is spread out on a chair, he is unfriendly and not attentive at all, he does not have the profile to attend or receive clients. Although the rest was not bad with the bad experience I had with that first contact it is enough for me not to want to return to this AT&T center

Atención rápida por parte del personal,.. acudí por una reposición de chip y uno de los ejecutivos me pidió 5 números frecuentes y último monto de recarga(datos que no tenía),.. sali por los datos, volví a hacer fila y cuando ingreso con otro ejecutivo no me pido lo anterior, dicho esto solo tienen que homologar sus procesos,....
Quick attention from the staff... I went for a chip replacement and one of the executives asked me for 5 frequent numbers and the last recharge amount (data I didn't have),... I went out for the data, I went back to stand in line and when income with another executive I do not ask for the above, having said that they only have to standardize their processes,....
