They were able to solve a problem with my line that I had not been able to solve; in addition, the person in charge guided me through my plan purchase process so that I could pay only what I needed without hidden charges, which has been my experience when acquiring services by telephone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clueless staff! Disappointed in their service. They completely ignored me after they took my money. I wanted to check my credit on how much internet i received. They said to ring AT&T. Really?? I was already at AT&T. told them I’m a foreigner here on vacation and they don’t speak English over the phone. I had to wait over 30 minutes in which after a gentleman came over and helped me.
Bad service never going their again
